From self-diagnosis TikToks to workplace neuroinclusion, neurodiversity is no longer a niche conversation. It’s the cultural moment we’re living in. But what does it really mean when everyone seems to have ADHD? And how can design and technology help us make sense of new identities, new systems, and new ways of being?

Join us for a thought-provoking edition of the EHV Innovation Café featuring:

– Designer–researcher Ieva Valule on mental health, media, and algorithmic identity
– Neuropsychologist & inclusion expert Renée Malone on building workplaces where neurodivergence can thrive

Together, we’ll explore the friction between diagnosis and design, technology and selfhood — and how embracing difference might just be the most innovative act of all. The Future Is Neurodiverse.

Whether you're a tech builder, designer, recruiter, educator, neurodivergent individual, or curious thinker: expect sharp insights, personal reflections, and an open, safe space for conversation. We are Inclusive by Default and Give to Grow.

Moderated by Charlotte Grün.

Ieva Valule
I scroll and grind, therefore I self-diagnose.
Based between Amsterdam and Berlin, Designer/researcher Ieva Valule creates bold, satirical work that reflects on mental health, media habits, and identity in the age of cognitive capitalism. Her graduation film Y’all Got adHD (Design Academy Eindhoven) critiques ADHD as a new cultural marker, blending speculative storytelling with personal research. Ieva was nominated for the Kazerne Design Award 2025. Focus: algorithmic dependency, self-diagnosis, identity, storytelling
Renée Malone
From friction, to shine
With 14+ years of experience in global HR and recruitment, Renee Malone helps organizations embrace neurodivergence—from hiring strategies to inclusive work cultures. As both a trained psychologist and neurodivergent professional, she brings lived experience, science, and compassion to every conversation. Her mission: build workplaces where everyone can thrive by being their authentic selves. Focus: ADHD, workplace inclusion, neurodiversity, recruitment, collaboration
